fantastic experience!
perfect locationtram stopeasy travelfront parking
the hotel location is excellent! it is further up from the tower and piers, so it is quiet at night. this is perfect when you have young children! the tram stop is right next to the beach, so travelling to the piers and pleasure beach is easy. i parked my car right in front of the hotel and did not move it until i went home.
the mattress was not very comfortable, probably could do with an upgrade there..

the hotel features convenient access to both bus routes and tram lines! the location right on the doorstep made exploring the area very simple! guests can easily access public transport for travel.

the quadruple room was very clean and spacious! the beds were comfortable, essential for a good night's sleep. the shower was easy to operate and provided good water pressure, a major plus.

the staff took their time to get to know our family! they always were available to chat with us and our children about our day. staff even suggested places to go like the wizard golf, very thoughtful!

the hotel is right opposite the beach! the convenience of having the beach so close added to the enjoyment of the stay. the tram stop is also conveniently located near the hotel entrance!

The cooked breakfast was really lovely, it gave me a great start to the day! I also found the location to be really convenient, being out of the main town area. Parking was available, a valuable thing!
The stairs leading up to the hotel were quite steep. This made the entrance a bit difficult. The mattress was not very comfortable, I think it could use an upgrade.
